JACK McILHARGEY

Jack came to Vancouver from Philadelphia in the Bob Dailey trade. He wasn't really offensively minded but was really tough and a popular teammate. After his playing career he went into coaching.

I got this autograph when he was an assistant with the Canucks. I don't remember the exact date.

Hil came to Vancouver with Larry Carriere for John Gould in 1976. He also played with the California Golden Seals and the Atlanta Flames. He finished his career with Winnipeg in 1979-80 and is a member of the Nova Scotia Sports Hall Of Fame.
