1974-75 Canucks


RON SEDLBAUER

Ron made his debut with the Canucks at age 19 and would develop into quite a sniper. He scored a team record 40 goals in 1978-79 (since broken). He was traded to Chicago for Dave Logan and Harold Phillipoff.

JOHN GRISDALE

John was a solid defensive defenseman who was acquired from Toronto with Garry Monahan for Dave Dunn. He spent 5 seasons with Vancouver and is now commissioner of the BCJHL.

AB DeMARCO

Ab played for 6 NHL teams in his career. He scored a career high 12 goals in 1974-75, 9 of which came on the powerplay. He played one season in Switzerland before retiring from hockey.

GERRY MEEHAN

Gerry only played 57 games for the Canucks and Vancouver was one of 3 teams he played for in 1974-75. He was team captain with Washington and Buffalo. The Canucks traded him to Atlanta for Bob Murray.

GERRY O'FLAHERTY

Gerry was a consistent scoring winger for the Canucks for 6 seasons. He ended his career with the Atlanta Flames and represented the US in the 1976 Canada Cup.
